Every RICAL piece moves through the hands of designers trained in Italy's leather ateliers, then through laser-guided cutting tables and precision machinery built for the demands of premium manufacturing.

01 — Idea

Every collection begins as a conversation. We translate your brand's ambition — its heritage, its silhouette, its story — into first sketches and material direction before a single cut is made.

02 — Design

Our studio is led by leather specialists trained in Italy's storied ateliers, drafting every panel, seam and hardware placement with the discipline of couture tailoring.

03 — Development

Patterns are digitized and engineered in CAD, tested and refined until every curve, stitch line and proportion is built for a flawless, repeatable fit.

04 — Prototype

Laser-guided cutting tables translate the digital pattern into leather with sub-millimeter accuracy — then our artisans hand-assemble the first sample. Precision and craft, sharing the same bench.

05 — Production

Specialized stitching machines and industrial-grade tooling hold that precision at scale, while every piece still passes through skilled hands for edge-finishing, burnishing and inspection.
